Phase 1 - Dictation
A. 1-800 Number Call in Option
The doctors can call in our 1-800 numbers and record their dictations on Bimslink's voice recording system. The system provides them with the options to playback their recording and making changes to their dictations by just pressing a few keys on any Touch Tone telephone. Doctors can also delete a file and start over the recordings.

B. Hand-held Digital Recorders Option
The doctors can dictate their dictations on a hand held device.  This can be done by easily connecting your Hand Held device with your PC and uploading the files with a press of a button.

Phase 2 - Dictation Retrieval
The doctor can see the status of their files by logging on to our tracking website and observing the job queue. This serves as a file notification and status indicator for the physicians. Jobs are downloaded from the secure Web by the transcriptionist. The routing of the document files is based on certain rules such as expected turnaround, review by QA etc.
Phase 3 - Medical Transcription
The Medical Transcriptionist processes the voice files on predefined template that is provided by the doctor. Each doctor is assigned a separate transcriptionist to provide quality and consistent services.
Phase 4 - Quality Control
Every transcript completed by the Medical Transcriptionist’s goes through the Quality check.  The Quality Controller Verifies the document against the original file to ensure quality of the output file.
